Sometimes more, sometimes less we were on the road in the past time. And as soon as we worked together again, the feeling of trust and friendship was immediately there again. We ensure a healthy life balance for our employees. The PokerAcademy therefore does not have office hours in the traditional sense. We are convinced that a healthy work-life balance can only be achieved if you work when your personal biorhythm allows it.

Of course we are available, daily from about 10 am to 6 pm. And if not, we will call you back as soon as we are ready to provide the best service for you.

All our employees work on a voluntary basis, all of them only part-time. This guarantees our customers the highest motivation, a lot of fun at work and our most honest smile.

The wage inequality between men and women in Switzerland is still enormous. Even taking into account explained factors, women earn on average 7.7 percent less than men throughout Switzerland.

 

At PokerAcademy, each employee earns what he or she is willing to contribute. Those who are present for longer periods of time, help with set-up and dismantling, contribute and think are paid more than those who prefer to take an early break. Regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

  • Eating a largely vegetarian or vegan diet
  • Working in a home office
  • Carpooling
  • Using both sides of every A4 sheet (for internal documents, notes, etc.)
  • Drive hybrid vehicles and/or diesel with latest particle filter
  • Use public transport for longer distances without transporting material
  • Separate waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, organic etc.)
